About EGE SOCKS
In-house sock production
EGE SOCKS develops and manufactures private label socks for fashion brands, retailers and wholesalers, mostly across Europe. Knitting, finishing, quality control and packing run on our own floor, so quality holds from a first trial run through to repeat production.

Made in our own factory
Knitting, finishing, inspection and packing all happen in our Istanbul factory. One team owns each order, which keeps quality and lead times steady on repeat runs.
Computerized knitting
Electronic knitting machines run single and double-cylinder constructions, from fine-gauge dress weights to terry cushioning, plain to full jacquard. Production machinery: 120N, 144N, 168N and 200N Lonati machines.
Finishing & boarding
In-house linking, washing, boarding and shaping, for consistent sizing and a clean finish on every pair.
Yarn library
Combed and mercerized cotton, bamboo, modal, wool and technical blends, from certified suppliers and tested for skin contact.
Design & pattern development
We turn your artwork or tech pack into knit-ready patterns and digital mockups before the first sample is made.
Branding & packaging
Woven and printed labels, hang tags, size stickers, EAN barcodes, polybags and custom boxes.
In-house quality control
Inspection at knitting, finishing and packing: measurements, stitching and colour checked on the line.

From design to delivery
in four clear stages
A clear path from your first brief to a labelled, export-ready order. You know what happens, and when.

Brief & design
Send your styles, quantities, target price and timeline. We advise on yarns, construction and finishing, then prepare knit-ready patterns and digital mockups for approval.
- 02
Sampling & approval
We make pre-production samples in 5 to 7 business days, and revise until the sample matches your spec. Your sign-off releases bulk production.
- 03
Bulk production
Production runs against the approved sample, with checks at knitting, finishing and packing. You get progress updates through the run.
- 04
Inspection & export
Final inspection covers measurements, stitching, packing and labelling. We prepare the export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, EUR.1) and ship.

From 1,200 pairs per design for new customers. Lower quantities are negotiable for ongoing partnerships, and capacity scales from trial orders to recurring high-volume runs.
We run an ISO 9001:2015 quality system and knit with OEKO-TEX certified yarns. Multi-stage quality control checks every run against European standards and your specification.
Cotton, bamboo, mercerized cotton, modal, wool and technical polyester blends, in crew, ankle and no-show styles. All yarns come from certified suppliers and are tested for skin contact.
We mainly supply Germany, France, the UK, Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Scandinavia, and ship elsewhere on request. We handle EU customs documentation, EUR.1 certificates and EORI registration.
Woven or printed labels, hang tags, size stickers, barcode labels and EAN codes. Polybags, custom boxes or retail-ready packs to match your brand.
We work from your tech packs or sketches, or develop new designs. You get technical drawings, sample patterns and digital mockups before sampling.
